In 2008, Les Cafés d'Eric opened its doors in Orléans to offer a selection of coffees selected and roasted with care by Éric, as well as a fine selection of teas in bulk or in cachets, organic or not. A competitor at heart, Eric also won the title of Best Roaster in France at the National Roasting Meeting in 2011. For Eric, the transformation of the product in front of the customers is fundamental. In addition to his coffees ranging from Malabar India to Mexican decaf, he also offers each month a coffee called "coffee of the month" to help customers discover new areas (organic coffee, small harvest ...). Without forgetting of course all the delicatessen products that he sells.
