    The Conference Centre - the ultimate city-centre venue

    Created in 2001, this venue provides 1,600 m² of bright and customisable reception and exhibition areas, nine modular meeting rooms for 20-130 people and a 470-seater restaurant area opening onto a patio complete with plants and flowers and equipped with a kitchen.

     

    The key to it all is the Auditorium which seats 495 and has a 120 m² stage fitted with state-of-the-art acoustic technology.

     

    You will love the noble and natural materials that make up the décor of this elegant facility. 

     

    Access to the Conference Centre is easy and there are car parks nearby. 

    A broad choice of venues for your events

     

    LAB’O : Opened in May 2017  and located on the fifth floor of LAB’O-Village by CA, an Orléans incubator for 70 startups, the "Espace Tschumi" welcomes businesses from throughout the region and hosts their events.

     

    This is a warm, inspiring and open venue, offering you an area of 285 m² characterised by its cosy atmosphere. It is ideal for business meetings and also has a terrace of 800 m² with a fantastic view of the Loire and the old town as well as two dining rooms covering up to 23 m² which can be connected.

     

    The icing on the cake? A lounge and piano bar with a 1950s design. A catering area and cloakroom are also available.

     

    On the same floor, the Espace Tschumi's auditorium can seat up to 186.

     

     

     

    The Passerelle is a room for staging multi-disciplinary shows and can be privatised by businesses and organisations.

     

    Located in Fleury-les-Aubrais and within walking distance of the train station, this infrastructure with its generous and dynamic curve, comprises two customisable rooms: the Jean Cocteau room with 490 velvet seats and the Boris Vian Auditorium which seats 162.

     

     

     

    The Espace George Sand in Chécy, comprising modular areas for you to customise, includes the Molière room (which can be set up for a show or a conference) with 682 seats in tiers and a 266 m² stage.

     

    The floor plan of this space offers a surface of 709 m² which can be divided to create two rooms.

     

    This area also includes the Claude Monet room (180 m²), designed to host business meetings. It can also be turned into a dining area thanks to its proximity to the kitchens.

     

    Fitted with a reception desk, cloakrooms and a bar, the Camille Claudel Hall allows you to welcome guests in ideal conditions.

     

    The Espace George Sand is located within the Orléans Métropole. It is easily accessible, close to major thoroughfares and parking is provided nearby.

     

     

     

    The Espace Montission in Saint-Jean-le-Blanc comprises a large hall of 684 m² which can be divided into two and a smaller room of 152 m². It provides six fully equipped dressing rooms and a kitchen.

     

    Next to the Espace Montission is agood-sized theatre space covering 350 m² with an 85 m² stage and seating for 194.

    Extraordinary venues

    The Greenhouse in the Jardin des Plantes (botanical gardens), built in 1836 so that rare plants brought by boat up the Loire from exotic lands could acclimatise, has been renovated and converted and has been hosting prestigious events since 2017.

     

    This verdant setting includes a vast, central greenhouse, an Orangery and two wings which can welcome up to 280 people.

     

    The venue holds receptions, events and conferences and it is a perfect illustration of Orléans' heritage and excellence in the botanical field.

     

    There is also a catering area.

     

     

     

    The Domaine de la Fontaine, located in Olivet, offers a high-end and elegant setting with its private rooms, its 200 m² Orangery and grounds that are listed as a Historic Monument.

     

    Laid out in the 17th century along plans drawn up by André Le Nôtre, the grounds blend French and English influences. In this verdant setting you will find Cedars, Magnolias, Ginkgoes, tulip trees and bamboo.

     

    The estate can also provide event organisers with a luxury marquee with a capacity of 300 guests. 

     

     

     

    The Cirque Gruss in Saint Jean de la Ruelle is a most unusual seminar and reception venue.

     

    You can rent one or two marquees able to accommodate up to 1,000 guests in stands or 200 people for a sit-down meal.

     

    This establishment promises you unforgettable moments by also offering circus acts or the chance to learn some tricks of the circus trade. 

     

     

     

    The Bateau Lavoir dropped anchor right in the heart of Orléans in 2012. The soothing sway of the Loire and the magnificent view of the river's natural banks will take you away from it all.

     

    The boat can host up to 50 in its seminar room and can provide food on site.
