The "Christophe Hay" restaurant is located on the second floor of the main building designed by Gaston d?Orléans. From the kitchen in the center of the dining room, the chef composes a score dictated by the cycle of nature in the Loire Valley. From the hand that spades and cultivates, to the one that cooks and sublimates, the signature is enriched by the intentions of each actor in a chain of values.
